Kelso asks to join Stockton chamber

This email from prison health care receiver J. Clark Kelso came my way the same morning I learned that the Stockton Greater Chamber of Commerce has agreed to file a lawsuit against Kelso. They want to force him into concessions so the prison hospital does as little harm to the community as possible.

Ready to roll up their sleeves

Prison health care receiver J. Clark Kelso and Doug Wilhoit, CEO of the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce had an exchange of letters after the meeting down here on Tuesday to mull over the inmate medical center Kelso is going to build outside of town. I got copied on this and thought I’d share.
