Blufford Hayes will seek new trial

Blufford Hayes, a former death row inmate who represented himself in his retrial and then decided not to attend the trial, was convicted by a jury recently — again. He wrote me a letter, which I received today (Feb. 21, 2014), explaining the reasons for his absence. He also said he intends to seek a new trial. Here is the last story: http://www.recordnet.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20140124/A_NEWS/401240313/0/SEARCH
