The AG’s Office has filed an amended complaint against Dr. Cleveland Enmon, saying he lied to two hospitals about a past alcohol-related conviction.
You’ll recall that a jury last year exonerated him of stealing a dead patient’s Rolex. In February, after the jury trial, the AG’s Office filed its first complaint with the California Medical Board. It says Enmon lied to a Southern California hospital when he applied. Enmon said he had no prior convictions, when he had a misdemeanor for alcohol-related reckless driving back in 2006, the complaint says.
This amended complaint says that on Oct. 24, 2007, when Enmon applied to St. Joseph’s Medical Center here in Stockton for hospital privileges he did the same thing.
