Ulring spotted at Assembly committee meeting
Glimpsed Stockton Police Chief Blair Ulring at a meeting of the state Assembly’s public safety committee on regulating marijuana like alcohol.
Some of the law enforcement officials who attended the meeting spoke before the committee voted on the measure, it was approved 4-3. I don’t know if Ulring was one of them. I couldn’t tell during the KCRA report shown during the noon broadcast.
Although approved by the public safety committee the bill faces a difficult time to continue moving forward.
