Officer Barrow contacted Shawn Holcomb and Noheli Ocampo in the 300 block of E. Lockeford St. last night. During this contact Officer Barrow located over a pound of methamphetamine in their vehicle. Holcomb and Ocampo were arrested for possession of a controlled substance for sales and for transportation of a controlled substance. They were booked into LPD jail. Great work by Officer Barrow.
